I am not always the nicest person when I’m afraid or anxious and Dr Rappold and her team are always really great about navigating through my anxiety. Also, they are really funny at times. I always thought dentists were a bit dull but she has proven me wrong.

Needed an apt for my daughter urgently. I don’t have an established dentist for her in this area. I called for hours to other places and no one was willing to help for several months. Rappold got me in next day and they were so kind. Receptionist was ABSOLUTELY amazing and reassuring . Dentist was so kind. I honestly am terrified of dentist but after such an amazing experience with my daughter I will become a permanent patient here.
